This offer is available to current or future full-time Magnolia ISD teachers and administrative staff who purchase a new home in Kresston during the promotional period. Whether you're already part of MISD or preparing to join the district, we're excited to welcome you home.

How It Works

Your Incentive Made Simple

Step 1: Choose Your Kresston Home
Purchase a new home in Kresston between September 1 and December 31, 2026.
Step 2: Submit Your MISD Information
Complete the Magnolia ISD information form so we can verify your eligibility for the Teach Local offer. Note: Only full-time employees qualify.
Step 3: Receive Your Incentive
If you're among the first 15 eligible participants, you'll receive $1,500 toward closing or moving costs after closing on your new home, subject to the program terms.
