Johnson Development Wins ‘Developer of the Year’

Houston-area real estate professionals have spoken, naming Johnson Development “Developer of the Year” in the 2024 Agents’ Choice Awards by Houston Agent Magazine.

It’s the second consecutive win and fourth win overall for Johnson Development and fourth win overall in the awards program, which polls real estate industry professionals each summer to pick the best-of-the-best Realtors, lender, developer, community and more across 16 categories.

This isn’t the first time our developer has won the title of Developer of the Year. It has earned the honor several times over the years from the Texas Association Builders, Greater Houston Builders Association, Dallas Builders Association and Greater Home Builders Association of Austin. But the award is particularly meaningful when it comes from area real estate agents, who know the local industry better than anyone else out there.

That’s not the only nod to excellence related to Kresston from this year’s choice awards — David Weekley Homes has been named Builder of the Year in the contest. David Weekley will offer homes designed for 50-foot properties in Kresston and is one of our six exceptional builders.
