Songbird Hollow Park Coming Soon to Kresston

Have you heard the news? Songbird Hollow Park is heading to Kresston, bringing an acre of Texas Hill Country charm blended with the iconic vibes of Luckenbach dance hall along with it.

Inspired by Luckenbach, the park will feature an entertainment pavilion for concerts that will have you tapping your toes (or kicking up your boots) in no time. Whether you’re a dancer at heart or more of a “grab a seat and soak it all in” kind of person, there’s plenty of space for everyone.

When it’s time to refuel, you’ll find a picnic and barbecue area calling your name. In between dinner and dessert, you can cozy up by the fire pit plaza, grab a seat on the barrel stools, or swing away your cares on the park’s bench swings.

Feeling competitive? Head over to the horseshoe court and challenge your family, friends, and neighbors. The events lawn will be the perfect spot for outdoor yoga, movies under the stars and a list of exciting activities designed by our dedicated lifestyle director.

Songbird Hollow is the first of many district parks planned for Kresston. Designed to celebrate the history and landscape of Texas, each park will have its own unique vibe.  

And let’s not forget—Kresston already boasts some seriously cool amenities. Residents currently enjoy Legends Pointe, featuring the Horseshoe Heights playground, Frontier Bluffs Splashpad, Legends Pickleball Court, and the Boot House Welcome Center.

But wait. There’s more! Liberty Junction, a 20+ acre amenity district inspired by the iconic town of Gruene, is also in the works. This future destination will include an aquatic center, live music pavilion, multi-use indoor spaces, recreational facilities, and even designated camping spots.

Songbird Hollow Park will be located in our beautiful Stableton district where Highland Homes, Perry Homes, Westin Homes, and Village Builders build on 55- and 65-foot homesites.
