Larger Homesites Coming Soon to Kresston

New builders, new home designs, and plenty of room to roam are coming to Kresston in the form of a new enclave with oversized homesites — Heartland Reserve.

New builders Huntington Homes and Toll Brothers will soon be offering new home designs on expansive 70-foot homesites, providing more options to buyers needing larger homes.

Homes will range from 3,200 to nearly 5,000 square feet, with pricing expected to be from the mid $700,000s. Two model homes to showcase designs for 70-foot lots are expected to open this summer.

An initial phase of 39 70-foot homesites in the neighborhood is expected to be released to builders in March, with home pre-sales starting soon after. There are also plans to offer 80-foot homesites.

Heartland Reserve will be located in Kresston’s Heartland district. It will have a distinctive style reminiscent of Fredericksburg and the Texas Hill Country, which aligns nicely with the rustic sophistication already seen in Kresston.

Amenities will include walking trails and a pond stocked for catch-and-release fishing. A fishing pier is also planned.

Heartland Reserve residents also enjoy access to Kresston’s world-class amenities including The Boot House welcome center and the Legends Pointe amenity complex, complete with the Frontier Bluffs Splashpad, Legends Pickleball Court and Horseshoe Heights Playground. In the planning stages is Liberty Junction, a 20+-acre amenity district inspired by the town of Gruene, Texas. Liberty Junction is envisioned to include a robust aquatic center, a live music pavilion, multi-use indoor facilities, a variety of recreational amenities and designated camping sites.
